TAP Program Rules & Guidelines

• Relatives and friends can also participate in the TAP program to benefit your family’s account. Scrip cards purchased by out-of-town relatives must be picked up in the school office. No orders will be mailed. To join the program, families or individuals can sign up online at www.shopwithscrip.com by using the school’s enrollment code, LEF8CL4L25L57, or by using the enrollment form.
• Family accounts will be credited on a quarterly basis in the months of January, April, July, & October. If a family leaves the school for any reason, the tuition credit earned will be transferred to the Faith Partners Scholarship Fund.
• To order, simply complete an order online and print the form, or complete a hand written form. Send the form with payment for the total dollar amount you are ordering to the school office. No orders will be processed without payment. Make sure all orders have been submitted to the office by 3:00 p.m. on Mondays.
• Filled orders will be available for pick up in the school office on Fridays. If you cannot pick up your order, another adult may pick it up for you. Remember that the gift cards should be treated like cash. Everyone will be asked to check their order and sign for its release. Your signature indicates your order was received by you and confirms that it was filled accurately. If your order has an error, do not sign it out and have the office personnel contact the TAP coordinator immediately. The school is not responsible for your order once it has been signed out and WILL NOT replace any gift cards that are stolen, lost, destroyed or expired. All TAP sales are final.
• WCS will pre-purchase a number of the most popular gift cards to be available for immediate purchase in the school office. The “SCRIP-to-Go” will be available on a first come, first served basis; there is no guarantee that you will be able to purchase all of the cards you want immediately. Any unavailable gift cards can be ordered on Monday and will be available for pickup on Friday in the school office. Please keep in mind that due to holidays and inclement weather conditions there can be unavoidable delays on order pickup availability.
• Some Scrip cards can be reloaded online, check the website for a list of participating companies. Reloads paid using PrestoPay are often filled overnight.
• If your check is returned because of non-sufficient funds (NSF), you will be charged a $20 fee payable to Waterloo Christian School. After two NSF checks are tenderedon your account, your Scrip ordering privileges will be limited to cash only. This rule also applies to NSF transactions that occur with the PrestoPay system.
• TAP purchases are not tax deductible because you receive dollar for dollar value.
