2010 Kindergarten Round-Up Activities

Open House - Tuesday, March 9th at 6:45 p.m. (Childcare Provided)

Take this opportunity to learn what Waterloo Christian School has to offer from the school’s administration, kindergarten teacher, and parents. You’ll:

• Learn what to expect in kindergarten
• Examine your child’s readiness for kindergarten
• Explore the benefits of Christian education
• Take a tour of the school
• Discover how a Christian education is affordable (scholarships available)
• Learn how to register for the school’s kindergarten readiness assessment and other round-up activities March 25-26

Readiness Assessment & Classroom Orientation - March 25th & 26th

Each child will experience a developmental readiness screening at a pre-assigned time. The results of this screening and recommendations from the kindergarten teacher will be shared with parents about two weeks later. Our desire is to partner with parents in determining how to best serve a student and ensure a successful start to school.

Children must be 5 years old by September 15, 2010 to enroll.
